Welcome to C&G
The Contracts and Grants Accounting Section serves its customers by providing accounting services and information. Our customers are comprised of departments and personnel in the various Colleges on campus and other UF entities as well as public and private donors, other universities, and regulatory agencies.
Services Provided
- Provides contracts and grants accounting services to faculty, staff and departments within the various College’s on campus
- Invoices agencies according to contract and grant specifications
- Provides training to departments as needed
- Prepares and submits financial reports to agencies as required by contract guidelines
- Deposits and maintains records of payments received from agencies
- Provides expert information on OMB circulars, Federal and State guidelines, etc.
- Maintains contract and grant accounting records in a manner that will afford fast access to accurate data and facilitate future review as required
- Submits financial and other data to internal customers as requested as well as to various governmental agencies in accordance with their reporting requirements
